Applying and choosing a package

Can I start if I am new to exporting?

You do not need every export detail ready to express interest. Share your business and the areas you want to develop. SAN Export Growth Pathway includes Core preparation for accepted S00–S03 (reference value THB 12,900/company; up to 3 people). Additional courses have separate fees. Online group learning and shared preparation resources. Company-specific consulting is a separate service. Learning dates, access and detailed course information will be announced.

Can equipment, software and service businesses join?

Yes, when the offer serves a relevant 4+1 industry and the business meets programme criteria. Manufacturers, technology developers, service providers and authorised Suppliers should describe their actual role and delivery rights.

Can a company join more than one category?

Yes, you can indicate multiple relevant categories. Explain which products and capabilities belong to each; the selective category is reviewed separately.

Who is S00 for, and how can I join?

S00 is a selective pathway for Thai businesses with relevant potential and a clear product-development ambition. Express your interest and provide information for review. Benefits and participation terms are confirmed in the official offer.

Product display and included benefits

How do S02 and S03 display spaces differ?

S02 includes a shared Showcase allocation for up to 3 SKUs. S03 includes both the shared Showcase and a separate 2 × 2 m company space, with unlimited SKUs within allocated spaces, 1 table with cloth, 2 chairs, a 65-inch touch display, a company sign, 1 power point and 1 waste bin. S02 and S03 Showcase participation includes company and offer information on the shared central catalogue touchscreen, within approved publication permissions.

How many SKUs can S03 display, and what are the space rules?

S03 has no numerical SKU cap. Products must fit within the allocated shared Showcase and the 2 × 2 m company space, with usable access. Submit product details and sample quantities by the preparation deadline. Additional SKUs do not increase the allocated space.

Which packages include website and online catalogue listings?

All S00–S03 tiers can list company, product and solution information in the official website and SĀN Products & Solutions Catalogue. Companies supply their own accurate content and receive upload instructions after confirmation. Separate company and representative publication permissions apply. Physical Showcase SKU rules remain separate.

How many Dinner and study-visit seats are included?

Dinner on 16 December: S01 includes 1 seat; S02 and S03 include 2 seats. Additional Dinner seats cost THB 5,000 each. The 17 December study visit includes 1 seat each for S02 and S03, with one route selected from the Buyer options. Additional S02/S03 study-visit seats cost THB 5,000 each. Reservations and capacity apply separately to each activity.

Is there an extra charge for the Deal Desk?

Next-step coordination, standard MoU / MoA / Contract drafts, a signing area and publicity coordination with both parties’ consent are included for participating Buyers and S00–S03 Suppliers at no additional charge. Arrange a time with the team.

What are the Pilot Shipping limits?

S02: up to 0.50 CBM and 150 kg. S03: up to 1.00 CBM and 300 kg. Both ceilings apply and prior approval is required. Eligible routes, cost ceilings and full conditions will be announced. This is not an unconditional door-to-door shipping benefit.

Can I explore company and product information at the Showcase?

Yes. The shared central touchscreen presents approved company and offer information in the SĀN Products & Solutions Catalogue. Company and product QR links let you continue exploring on your own device. The central screen is shared; S03 also has a separate 65-inch touchscreen in its company space.

Review criteria and service scope

How are nominated study-visit hosts selected?

S02 / S03 may nominate a company, factory or showroom in Samut Prakan, Ayutthaya and nearby areas, or along the programme route. Selection depends on relevance, itinerary and hosting readiness. Nomination is separate from the one included visit seat.

How does deal progress inform Buyer support review?

Verifiable progress and documents support the review, but signing alone does not approve a benefit. Support levels and evidence requirements will be announced and confirmed under the programme conditions.

How do included resources and bespoke services differ?

The core scope includes shared information, templates and forms, plus package meeting coordination. Profile writing, translation, design, bespoke market research, dedicated interpretation and continuous deal management require an agreed additional quotation before work starts.

How are meeting targets and commercial outcomes determined?

Targets across 15–16 December are 5 / 7 / 9 / 12 meetings per company for S00 / S01 / S02 / S03. Actual meetings depend on relevance, mutual acceptance and attendance. Agreements and orders are decided by the businesses; meeting counts and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.

Products, technology & offers

Can one profile cover several industries or offers?

One company or solution can serve several industries. Keep one primary profile and identify the relevant applications. One Buyer company may have several needs, with different users, evaluators and decision-makers. Interest in a product does not establish demand for every technology offer.

How do samples, Demo and trials fit the matching process?

After both sides accept, agree whether to review a sample, see an equipment or software demonstration, or discuss a trial. Define scope, responsible people, evaluation criteria, timing and any costs before proceeding. An enquiry or demonstration is not an order or support approval.

SĀN CONNECT · SUCCESS FEE

Pay when business happens

SĀN CONNECT charges a Success Fee only when the Supplier receives payment from business opportunities introduced by SĀN.

  • Calculated on actual net receipts
  • The first THB 50,000 of net receipts is exempt
  • No fee on an unpaid PO, MoU or invoice
  • Once the Supplier receives payment, SĀN issues a service invoice with 30-day payment terms
  • Buyers and Suppliers may contact and trade with each other directly
  • The Supplier simply updates order status and actual receipts so SĀN can follow up and calculate accurately
  • Existing customers or opportunities declared before the programme are excluded from the calculation base
  • Returns, refunds or price reductions adjust the calculation base to the actual amount

Success Fee = Package rate × Net receipts above THB 50,000

S01 exampleThe Supplier receives THB 500,000(500,000 − 50,000) × 3% = 13,500 THB

We grow with your results — if there is no revenue from qualifying deals, there is no Success Fee.

Amounts exclude applicable taxes and are subject to the programme participation agreement.

HOSTED BUYER · ESTIMATE

Estimate Your Airfare Support

Try an estimate without uploading personal documents. SAN must review and confirm the actual entitlement.

Your travel

Enter an IATA code to match its country, or enter the airport name and select its country. Use the airport where the journey begins, not a connection.

Enter the total for both outbound and return flights once. Do not enter a one-way amount or double an existing round-trip total. The departure cap cannot exceed your actual work-base cap.

Deductions · same currency as the receipt

Enter each item once. Tick “already removed” if it is already excluded from the amount above. Employer payment is not automatically deducted.

Your support estimate

Only enter the individual cap from your approval letter. Leaving this blank still allows an estimate using known caps.

Formula, rates and confirmation

The lowest of 50% of the eligible net round-trip fare, 50% of comparable Economy round-trip pricing, the approved individual cap (if any), the departure-airport country cap, the actual work-base country cap and THB 35,000.

Receipt: BOT commercial-bank average MID from the latest business day before actual payment; direct conversion to THB with normalized currency units. USD payout: approved THB ÷ (ECB USD/THB reference + 0.35). The two rate stages have different purposes.

USD payout uses ECB via Frankfurter, with the ECB provider fixed. Receipt valuation uses BOT commercial-bank average MID. For a currency absent from that primary set, ECB via Frankfurter is the disclosed fallback, subject to SAN disclosure before confirmation; missing primary history is not silently replaced. If neither source covers it, SAN must announce a fixed source before confirmation.

Confirmed THB and USD are locked with rate evidence and policy version. Later API updates never rewrite them. Cash denominations and remainder handling are pending.
