Prepare a requestThis draft covers people making enquiries, company representatives, participants and programme contacts. A company profile may also contain personal information, such as a representative’s name, role or direct email.
Name, role, work email, business contact details, company website and country / market.
Sourcing needs, product details, volumes, timing, business type, customer groups, sales channels, self-declared revenue for the previous full calendar year and current year-to-date with the reporting date, USD reporting basis, employee headcount, capability and selected programme interests. Revenue and headcount are used for application review and are not included in public-profile permissions.
Information you send by email, relevant clarifications and subsequently agreed meeting or follow-up records.
Eligibility, travel or reimbursement evidence only when specifically needed and requested through a separately approved channel.
The usual source is you or your authorised representative. If the programme uses referrals or public business information, the team must assess the lawful basis and provide the required notice. Required enquiry fields help the team contact you and assess fit; missing necessary information may delay review. Optional fields can be left blank.
Do not attach passport, bank, flight-ticket or medical documents in public forms. Wheelchair requests use the optional assistance choices and separate consent in registration. Discuss further details privately with the team.
Proposed mapping for legal review. Consent is not the basis for every programme activity.
| Purpose | Proposed basis / boundary |
|---|---|
| Respond to enquiries and assess business fit | Legitimate interests in relevant programme coordination, subject to assessment; requested pre-contractual steps where the individual is the prospective contracting party. |
| Coordinate confirmed participation | Performance of a contract where the individual is a party, or legitimate operational interests for company representatives, as applicable. |
| Send optional future marketing updates | Separate opt-in consent. You may withdraw it without changing the handling of your existing enquiry. |
| Meet legal duties and protect records | Applicable legal obligations and, where appropriate, legitimate interests in security and legal claims. Sensitive information requires its own assessment. |
Select a step to see the hand-off and the choice you keep. This illustrates the process, not an application status.
Prepare
Information being entered stays on this page until you save it to your account or submit the application. Uploading requires selecting a file and pressing Upload. Account drafts are stored in the database so you can return later.
You can review, edit or download your own draft. Downloaded files remain under your control.
Send
When you submit an application, the system validates and commits it with a reference, then makes it available to the review team. Acknowledgement email is a separate step. General enquiries and privacy requests still require you to send the prepared email.
Review the recipient, message and attachments. Email and hosting providers may process technical delivery information.
Review
The programme team uses received information to clarify the enquiry, assess fit and coordinate an appropriate next step.
Additional information is requested only where needed. Sensitive travel or financial documents need a separately approved channel.
Connect
Introductions use relevant, approved business information. Publication of profiles and contact exchange follow the agreed scope and applicable permissions.
Confidential documents and personal contact details are not automatically published by the enquiry form.
Follow through
Relevant meeting records and agreed actions support follow-through. Information is reviewed for deletion, anonymisation or required continued retention when its purpose ends.
The final retention schedule will set periods for each record category before this notice becomes effective.
| Recipient | Information boundary |
|---|---|
| Programme team | Relevant information for assigned review, coordination or support tasks. |
| Service providers | Hosting, email and other approved operational providers; only the information needed for their service, with appropriate arrangements. |
| Hosts / logistics providers | Confirmed operational needs such as approved attendance and transport arrangements. Additional documents are requested separately. |
| Business counterparts / catalogue readers | Agreed business-profile fields; personal contact exchange and publication follow the applicable permissions. |
| Competent authorities | Information required by a valid legal obligation or lawful request. |
Before a programme transfer, the organiser must identify the destination and appropriate legal mechanism or safeguards. Consent is one possible exception, not a substitute for reviewing every transfer. The final notice must reflect the services actually used.
PDPA · sections 28–29Unsaved form information uses browser memory and may be cleared when the page closes. Drafts explicitly saved to your account are stored in the database and can be reopened in My SĀN. Downloaded drafts and saved emails remain under your control.
Keep records only for the relevant review, coordination and follow-up purpose, or justified legal retention. Category-specific periods are still to be approved before this notice becomes effective.
Role-appropriate access, limited sharing, secure handling and a process for incidents and lawful notifications. This draft does not claim a security certification or a live participant portal.
Different records may have different retention needs. A deletion request may be limited where a specific legal duty or legal claim requires continued retention; the team should explain the applicable reason.
Rights apply according to the law and the circumstances. Choose a topic to prepare an email request.
The team may reasonably verify identity and ask for clarification through an appropriate channel. Access / copy requests under section 30 must be handled without delay and within the statutory period, ordinarily no more than 30 days when the request cannot lawfully be refused. Other rights have their own conditions; preparing this email does not itself complete the request.
Review the profile fields, channel and intended recipient before agreeing to publication or contact sharing. Matching acceptance is not blanket permission to publish personal details.
Future marketing is an optional choice in Registration. Withdrawing that consent does not undo lawful earlier processing or cancel necessary correspondence about your existing enquiry.
A description of the current page code, as reviewed on 9 September 2026.
The public pages use session storage for selected product interests, markets, a package, a journey preference, guides and preparation goals in the current tab. The shared brief contains no identity, contact, consent or care details. Use the button below to remove those selections. This does not delete any email you sent, downloaded draft, or the Registration form’s current in-memory draft.
The current authored pages do not install an analytics or advertising tracker. This page therefore does not request consent for inactive analytics. Any later analytics or embedded service needs a reviewed disclosure and appropriate controls before activation.
The font files in this package are hosted with the website. My SĀN uses an HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite session cookie to identify the account. Application records are not stored in browser local storage. The actual hosting and email provider settings and technical logs still need verification before release.

02 / PARTICIPATION TERMS
Main event: 15–16 December 2026 in Bangkok. Optional journey: 17 December. Suggested travel window: 14–18 December. The venue and individual arrangements are confirmed in writing.
Applicants provide accurate information and must be authorised to represent their organisation. Selection considers demand, business fit, readiness and capacity. A submitted enquiry, preferred pathway or discount request does not reserve a place. Any priority-review target starts only when the required information is complete and is not a promise of approval.
BUYER PATHWAY
SUPPLIER · S00–S03
A proposed match enters the confirmed schedule only after the applicable review and acceptance. Individual schedules and changes are communicated by the team.
Keep information accurate, respond within communicated windows, attend agreed meetings and bring relevant product or sourcing information.
Follow site and safety rules, confidentiality and photography permissions. Participants remain responsible for their own business and travel decisions.
Standard drafting support and signing space are provided at no additional charge within the programme scope. Each party must review its own MoU, MoA or contract and obtain specialist advice where needed. Programme resources do not promise individual consultancy, certification, orders or commercial results.
The public enquiry form does not collect payment. Applicable price, tax, deposit, payment date and invoice details must be specified in the official offer before you accept or pay. This draft does not set a deposit amount.
Cancellation deadlines, eligible refunds, deductions, method and timing must be finalised and disclosed in the offer before payment. No blanket “non-refundable” condition is created by this page. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Dates, venues, hosts or schedules may need adjustment. Material changes and available options should be communicated to affected participants in line with the written agreement and applicable law. Force-majeure handling requires the final approved terms.
Only approved items, amounts, dates and evidence requirements in the written confirmation apply. Extra nights, companions, add-on seats, personal purchases, duties or shipping outside the approved scope are not automatically covered.
Provide information you are entitled to use. Agree the fields, media and scope before a profile, product image or logo is published in programme channels.
Share sensitive commercial detail only with the appropriate counterpart and safeguards. Do not publish another party’s documents or private contact details without authority.
Photographs, quotes and commercial milestones for marketing need the relevant parties’ permission and an agreed scope. A signature is not blanket approval to publish contract terms.
